Scope of the service
Ad Turista arranges collection from the stated property, packaging where required and shipment of the item or luggage to the destination chosen by the customer.
Request requirements
Before starting a recovery, the customer must have confirmation from the property that the item has been found and is available for collection.
Excluded goods
Goods prohibited by law or the courier’s terms, dangerous goods, illegal substances, cash, unauthorised perishables or incorrectly declared items cannot be accepted.
Rates and payment
The rate shown before the order is calculated from the information entered. Material differences may require an additional payment before shipping.
Collection, packaging and delivery
Collection depends on the item being available at the property and on access to the property. Delivery times are estimates and also depend on the courier and destination.
